Some of HVACR units which have been run for several years, trouble will arise or the system is not working properly. This condition is happen by nature, and its indicated by the lack in heat rejection on Condenser and/or heat absorb on Evaporator, or lack of compression capacity on Compressor unit and/or electric component malfunction.
For such old and troubling unit, we conduct preliminary survey first, re-design the old new using the new system, then replace the existed HVACR unit.
To maintain the long-life of the system, we also offer our service to conduct regular maintenance, engaged by a contract, which recommend any methods, to reduce maintenance cost of the HVACR system.
